I’ve been lucky enough to photography this independent, women-only gym in the heart of Wales numerous times over the past few years - including when it expanded into a larger building due to popular demand.
Interior images of the gym have been captured alongside staff and class images.
The vibrant styling and small touches really make this a special place to be.
